The Premise

The First Sixty. Road To 300.

The 300: Fire & Stone is not a camp. It's not a retreat. It's a crucible — built to forge character in young men completing the 10th grade, at the exact moment the world starts telling them to settle.

For five days in the mountains of South Carolina, sixty boys will be pushed physically, sharpened mentally, and shown who they were created to be. They'll leave with something the world cannot take from them.

A foundation.

This is Year One. Sixty boys, hand-selected for the first ascent. The vision is three hundred — and it starts here.

What We're Building

The five pillars.

Every challenge, every conversation, every fire pit moment is designed around five pillars.

01
Discipline
The daily, unglamorous work of showing up when it's hard. The habit that makes everything else possible.
02
Character
Who you are when no one is watching. The foundation nothing can shake.
03
Brotherhood
Men aren't built alone. They're forged in the company of other men who refuse to let them settle.
04
Courage
Doing the right thing when it costs you something. Standing firm when giants show up. And they always do.
05
Leadership
Not a title. A way of walking through the world. Leading yourself first, then leading others by example.

Questions

What you'll want to know.

The 300 is built for young men completing the 10th grade — roughly ages 15–16 — who are ready to be challenged and pushed toward the man they were created to be. 2026 is our pilot year: we’re selecting sixty boys for the inaugural experience, with the vision of growing to three hundred in the years ahead.
Early mornings, physical challenges, honest conversations, shared meals, and evenings around the fire. Every day is designed to push, sharpen, and build — with deliberate rhythms of exertion and reflection.
Full details on tuition and sponsorship options will be provided after nomination. No boy is turned away for financial reasons — sponsors make that possible.
Yes. The 300 is rooted in a Christian worldview and the conviction that young men are created with purpose. Boys from any background are welcome — we believe the truth holds up under pressure.
A packing list is sent to every accepted boy ahead of the experience. Plan for outdoor conditions, physical activity, and a willingness to leave the phone behind.
Every boy is nominated — by a parent, mentor, coach, or youth leader. We review each nomination and select sixty boys based on readiness, need, and the strength of the nomination.
Sponsorships cover the full cost of a boy’s experience — lodging, food, materials, and the adult leaders who make it all happen. Every dollar goes directly to the mission. Fire Pit Ranch is a 501(c)(3) and contributions are tax-deductible.

Giants are coming.
They always do.

The question is — will he be ready?
